The perfect summer treat. 


  • 1 1/2 Cups of The Collective Dairy Straight Up Yoghurt with mango

  • 1 large mango (refrigerated) approximately 1 cup

  • 1/4 cup of organic toasted coconut flakes

  • 8 Popsicle moulds

  • 8 Popsicle Sticks


  • 1.

    Take a large mango from the fridge and slice 2 cheeks. Remove skin and seed and dice the mango flesh into 1/2cm cubes roughly.

  • 2.

    Add the cubes of mango to a medium size mixing bowl.

  • 3.

    Add The Collective Dairy Straight Up Yoghurt with mango to the medium bowl too and fold ingredients together.

  • 4.

    Take your Organic Toasted Coconut and use your hands to crumble the flakes into smaller pieces and add to the medium size bowl and fold through ingredients until evenly mixed.

  • 5.

    Use a teaspoon to carefully fill your Popsicle bowl with the ingredients. As you fill the mould use the teaspoon to press down the ingredients to ensure the mould is filled evenly and there are no air pockets.

  • 6.

    Add a Popsicle stick to the mould pushing it approximately 3/4's of the way into the centre of the mould. Top up the edges with the ingredient mix of needed.

  • 7.

    Freeze up right for 2 hours or until firm and frozen.

  • 8.

    Remove from freezer and moulds and enjoy.
