Grilled Zucchini 2


  • 4 Zucchinis

  • Olive Oil

  • Salt & Pepper

  • A large handful of fresh basil leaf


  • 1.

    Preheat your grill to high.

  • 2.

    Cut zucchini into quarters lengthwise, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss well so the zucchini is evenly coated and seasoned.

  • 3.

    Place on the preheated grill and sear until golden brown and tender. Cut into large chunks and toss with the basil leaves.
