Just like it says, sweet and deliciously salty. 


  • 1 kg watermelon with skin, peeled and cut into chunks (This should give you about 500g fruit to eat without the skin)

  • 400g strawberries washed and top cut off

  • 150g good quality feta crumbled or cut into chunks

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted

  • A handful of fresh mint leaves, chopped

  • Edible flowers to decorate (optional)

    Mix all of the above in a large bowl, dress using a good quality balsamic vinegar and serve.
