A refreshing breakfast to start your day.


  • 1 cup frozen peas

  • 1 cup firm ricotta

  • Small handful of mint leaves

  • Chopped zest and juice of one lemon

  • 20g (1 scoop) Bodiology Original

  • 4 slices sourdough or grain bread, lightly toasted

  • 1 long red chili, finely choppedsmall handful snow pea sprouts

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil


  • 1.

    Blanch peas in a small saucepan of boiling water for 2 minutes. Refresh in cold water then drain  thoroughly. 

  • 2.

    In a large bowl, mix Bodiology with lemon juice to combine before adding add peas, ricotta, mint and lemon zest, and then season well with salt and pepper. 

  • 3.

    Using a fork, mix all ingredients well and smash up peas with the back of fork. 

  • 4.

    Top each slice of warm toast with ricotta and pea smash. Top with snow pea sprouts, chili and drizzle with  olive oil.
