It's so easy and so much healthier to make your own muesli.
This muesli can be stored in an airtight container for up to a month.


  • Muesli

  • 300 g rolled oats

  • 125 ml apple juice

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 80 g raw Almonds

  • 125 g sunflower seeds

  • 40 g pumpkin seeds

  • 40 g sesame seeds

  • 30 g flaked Coconuts

  • 125 g dried blueberries

  • Raspberry swirl yoghurt

  • 0.5 cup raspberry

  • 1 cup plain Yoghurt


  • Muesli:

  • 1.

    Preheat the oven to 160°C (315°F/Gas 2-3).

  • 2.

    Place all the ingredients, except for the dried blueberries, in a large bowl and stir well to combine.

  • 3.

    Spread the mixture evenly over a large baking tray and place in the oven for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until lightly browned.

  • 4.

    Remove from the oven,allow to cool then add the blueberries. (If you can't get dried blueberries, use currants or sultanas or a mixture of both).

  • 5.

    Serve with the raspberry swirl yoghurt, nectarines and milk.

  • Raspberry swirl yoghurt:

  • 1.

    Mash raspberries with a fork and lightly ripple through yoghurt.

Lighter option that still has wonderful crunch and flavour
