A zingy spin on the traditional French 21 cocktail. 


  • 10ml Cîroc vodka

  • 90ml sparkling wine

  • 5ml Chambord raspberry liquer

  • 10ml lemon juice

  • 5ml sugar syrup

  • Lemon peel


  • 1.

    Add vodka, chambord, sugar syrup and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker.

  • 2.

    Add ice to the shaker and shake well.

  • 3.

    Strain into champagne flute and top with sparkling wine.

  • 4.

    Garnish with lemon peel.
