This cocktail is designed to be reminiscent of the French Riviera.


  • 2 parts Grey Goose vodka

  • 1/2 part French orange Cognac liqueur such as Grand Marnier

  • 1/4 freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 2 tsp Demerara (brown) sugar

  • 6 kumquats


  • 1.

    Add Grey Goose vodka, lime juice, Demerara (brown) sugar and kumquats to a sling or highball glass and muddle.

  • 2.

    Fill with crushed ice and stir. 

  • 3.

    Add the orange Cognac liqueur.

  • 4.

    Garnish with kumquats.
