This is such an adaptable recipe, so feel free to experiment!


  • For the oats

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yoghurt

  • 1/2 cup full cream milk, or substitute

  • 2 tbsp flaked almonds

  • flesh of 1/2 pomegranate

  • For the toppings

  • Dollop Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate pieces

  • 1 tsp honey


  • 1.

    Place the oats, yoghurt, milk, almonds, and pomegranate flesh in a large container. Mix well until combined, and transfer to a bowl or jar.

  • 2.

    Leave, covered, in the fridge overnight.

  • 3.

    In the morning, add a generous dollop of yoghurt, plus the chocolate/cacao and honey.
