We’ll use a similar method here as we did on the coco-lime overnight oats, but with a completely new flavour combo. It’s such an adaptable recipe, and I encourage you to experiment!
Place the oats, yoghurt, milk, almonds, and pomegranate flesh in a large container. Mix well until combined, and transfer to a bowl or jar.
Leave, covered, in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, add a generous dollop of yoghurt, plus the chocolate/cacao and honey.
