If you don’t have time to cook in the morning then this may be the oat recipe for you. Prep it all the night before so it’s ready to go as you race out the door!
Place the oats, coconut yoghurt, milk, vanilla, and lime zest in a large container. Mix well until combined, and transfer to a bowl or jar.
Leave, covered, in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, add a generous dollop of yoghurt, plus the remaining zest and coconut flakes. Drizzle with honey before serving.
