A simple weeknight meal that's ready in no time.


  • 6 big teaspoons of The Collective Straight Up yoghurt

  • 1 1/2 tsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 6 sprigs of parsley

  • 2 sprigs of thyme

  • 2 chicken fillets


  • 1.

    Finely chop herbs, garlic and mix all ingredients.

  • 2.

    Pop the marinade into a bowl with the chicken and coat evenly.

  • 3.

    Cover bowl and put in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.

  • 4.

    Bake your chicken and tuck in.
