This naturally tasty dessert is dairy-free and full of flavour.
Take the bananas out of the freezer 10-15 minutes before you want to use them-you don't want them thawed but they should just be able to be cut into three or four pieces.
Cut watermelon in four wedges and cut a slice from the inside for the soft serve. Gently press chocolate chips into the side of the watermelon.
Blend the bananas and strawberries together in a high speed blender until it becomes creamy in texture. Place in a large piping bag fitted with a fluted tip. Pipe into the watermelon.
Decorate with halved strawberries, meringues (not sugar free or vegan) or toasted coconut.
