This tasty and protein-packed smoothie recipe from 28 by Sam Wood is the perfect breakfast or post-workout snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, frozen

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

  • 1/4 cup cashew nuts soaked (overnight or 5 minutes in hot water)

  • 300ml coconut water

  • 3 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • To serve

  • 6 frozen or fresh blueberries

  • 6 cashew nuts

Method

  • 1.

    In a blender combine all ingredients until smooth.

  • 2.

    Transfer to a glass and top with extra blueberries and cashews.
