From Brisbane's Salt Meats Cheese comes a new twist on the humble affogato. 


  • 45ml Skyy Vodka

  • 15ml Kahlua

  • 1 shot of cold drip Espresso

  • 20gr muscovado sugar

  • Scoop of salted caramel gelato

    Shake and then pour into a martini glass and top with a scoop of salted caramel gelato.
