This deliciously chewy dark chocolate and fruit mince pie ice-cream, will be the perfect dessert to top off your Christmas feast. Not a fan of fruit mince pies? Don't worry, we can guarantee you will still enjoy this recipe!


  • 600ml thickened cream

  • 395ml cans sweetened condensed milk

  • 200g fruit mince pies

  • 100g dark chocolate, chopped

  • Cherries and maple syrup to serve


  • 1.

    Using electric beaters, whisk cream and condensed milk to soft peaks.

  • 2.

    Crumble then chop the fruit mince pies then fold through the mixture with the chopped chocolate.

  • 3.

    Place into a freezer proof container. Freeze overnight or 4hrs until firm.

  • 4.

    Serve scoops topped with cherries and maple syrup.
