Using electric beaters, whisk cream and condensed milk to soft peaks.
Crumble then chop the fruit mince pies then fold through the mixture with the chopped chocolate.
Place into a freezer proof container. Freeze overnight or 4hrs until firm.
Serve scoops topped with cherries and maple syrup.
