A great hors d'oeuvre or afternoon snack.


  • 1 lebanese cucumber

  • 1 x 210g tin of red salmon

  • 1 Tbs cottage cheese

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper

  • Alfalfa


  • 1.

    Slice cucumber into circles or 'rounds'.

  • 2.

    Drain tinned salmon and break apart with a fork. Put salmon into a bowl along with cottage cheese, paprika and cayenne pepper.

  • 3.

    Spoon salmon mixture onto cucumber rounds then top with alfalfa.
