A simple snack for kids and adults!

Ingredients

  • 2 stalks celery

  • 2 hard boiled eggs

  • ½ tsp Curry powder

Method

  • 1.

    Cut celery into boats about 5 cm long.

  • 2.

    Remove the shell from the eggs and place them into bowl. Roughly chop or break up into small pieces. Add in curry powder and mix.

  • 3.

    Spoon egg mixture onto celery boats
