  • Fruity breakfast smoothie

  • ½ peeled and frozen banana

  • 35 g (1 ¼ oz/ ¼ cup) mixed frozen berries

  • 1 small peach, stone removed, chopped

  • 500ml (17 fl oz/2 cups) almond milk

  • 10 g (1/4 oz/ ¼ cup) quinoa flakes or 25 g (1 oz/ ¼ cup) instant gluten free oats

  • ½ teaspoon chia seeds

  • Evergreen smoothie

  • 250ml almond milk

  • 2 handfuls of baby English spinach leaves

  • 1 peeled and frozen small banana, in chunks

  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, roughly chopped

  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

  • Stevia, to taste

  • Ice cubes, to taste

  • Minty mango smoothie

  • 1 medium mango

  • handful of mint leaves

  • 375ml almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • Stevia, to taste

  • Ice cubes, to taste

    For each smoothie, combine all the ingredients in a blender and whiz until smooth.
