Halloween can be healthy with these spooky treats.
Cut apple into slices.
Cut a split across the middle of each apple slice and spread almond butter on the inside of the cut.
Thinly slice a strawberry and place on the bottom of the inside of the cut to make a tongue.
Stick sunflower seeds into the apple above the strawberry slice to make teeth.
Dip the flat side of 2 mini chocolate chips and glue onto the skin of the apple above the sunflower seeds to make eyes.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Break up the white chocolate into the smallest pieces you can. Melt in the microwave for 20 seconds at a time, stirring in between each interval.
Dip a strawberry into the melted chocolate and place 3 mini chocolate chips onto the ‘face’ of your ghost, two for the eyes and one for the mouth. Repeat with all your strawberries.
Set in the fridge before enjoying.
