Donna Hay: Basics To Brilliance Kids

Start your morning with a delicious breakfast juice. If you like a juice packed with greens and veggies try Donna Hay's The Clean Green juice, but if you prefer those antioxidant-rich berries, go with The Berry Delicious. 


  • The Clean Green (makes 2-3)

  • 2 cups (500ml) coconut water

  • 8-10 ice cubes

  • 2 cups (50g) baby spinach leaves

  • 1 peeled banana

  • 16 whole raw almonds

  • The Berry Delicious (makes 2-3)

  • 2 cups (500ml) coconut water

  • 8-10 ice cubes

  • 2 cups (300g) frozen mixed berries

  • 16 whole raw cashews

  • a few mint leaves


  • 1.

    Place all the ingredients for either The Clean Green or The Berry Delicious in a blender and blend until smooth.

  • 2.

    Pour juice into glasses or jars to serve.
