Donna Hay: Basics To Brilliance Kids

Get a fresh-feeling chocolate hit with these popsicle snacks by Donna Hay.


  • 1 x 400ml can coconut cream

  • 1/3 cup (80ml) maple syrup

  • 1 cup (100g) finely grated dark chocolate

  • You will need:

  • 8 x popsicle moulds

  • 8 x popsicle sticks


  • 1.

    Place the coconut cream, maple syrup and dark chocolate in a medium jug and mix well to combine, using a whisk.

  • 2.

    Divide between 8 popsicle moulds, insert the sticks and freeze until solid.
