Turmeric is a superfood, full of antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties and immunity-boosting powers! Try Lee Holmes' turmeric fudge for that extra dose of health.


  • 1/2 cup tahini

  • 1/4 cup rice malt syrup

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

  • 2 tbsp HYG Powder (optional)

  • 2 tsp turmeric

  • 1 tsp ginger


  • 1.

    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir

  • 2.

    Pour the mixture into a small, lined baking dish

  • 3.

    Set in the fridge for an hour and cut into slices
