Kim loves a veggie-packed green juice for an afternoon boost!


  • 1 cucumber

  • 4 kale leaves, stems discarded

  • Handful of spinach leaves

  • 2 celery stalks

  • 1 apple (with skin on)

  • 1 lemon (peeled)

  • Sliver of ginger (to add a bit of zing)


  • 1.

    Wash all the ingredients.

  • 2.

    Put the cucumber, kale, spinach, celery, apple, lemon and ginger into a juicer. Drink and enjoy!
