Combine sultanas, rolled oats, apple, and the spices in a food processer.
Process until the mixture is combined and moving as one.
Place mixture into a bowl.
Make small balls by rolling and shaping the mixture in-between hands.
Once formed, roll ball into desiccated coconut until covered. Shake off excess coconut and place on a plate. Keep refrigerated.
