Health and fitness guru Kim Beach shares her sugar-free Easter recipe that tastes like a hot cross bun!


  • 1 cup sultanas

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped into cubes

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp all spice

  • ½ tsp nutmeg

  • Extra desiccated Coconut for coating the balls


  • 1.

    Combine sultanas, rolled oats, apple, and the spices in a food processer.

  • 2.

    Process until the mixture is combined and moving as one.

  • 3.

    Place mixture into a bowl.

  • 4.

    Make small balls by rolling and shaping the mixture in-between hands.

  • 5.

    Once formed, roll ball into desiccated coconut until covered. Shake off excess coconut and place on a plate. Keep refrigerated.
