Traditionally made with brandy or whiskey, a Daisy has been described as a sour with added fizz. This tasty cocktail offers a modern twist using a citrusy blend of vodka, orange, and lemon. 


  • 45ml vodka

  • 45ml Cointreau

  • 90ml fresh lime juice

  • 2 x 330ml bottles of  Mango-Raspberry Cider (or another flavoured cider)


  • 1.

    Add vodka, Cointreau and lime juice together.

  • 2.

    Half fill the pitcher or glass with ice and stir the ingredients together.

  • 3.

    Add a little bit more ice before adding the flavoured cider and serve with orange wedges.

  • 4.

    Optional: You can substitute both the vodka and Cointreau for 45ml orange vodka
