  • 65g Fresh Tuna ruby red fillet

  • 25g Cucumbers sliced

  • 5g Wasabi

  • 5g Fish roe

  • 40g Wakame Seaweed

  • 60g finely shredded cabbage

  • 35ml sesame dressing

  • 150g brown rice, boiled

  • 3g puffed rice

  • 20ml Ponzu Sauce

  • Chilli slices, to your liking

    Place warm brown rice on a bowl

  • 2.

    Dress the cabbage in sesame dressing and place on rice

  • 3.

    Mix sliced cucumber, tuna, chilli, wakame seaweed, with ponzu sauce. Place on cabbage

  • 4.

    Garnish with Tobiko, crushed wasabi peas and coriander.
