Dairy free smoothie made with cacao tea and a secret green vegetable that makes the shake thick, smooth and creamy, and best of all, it's low in sugar!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)

  • 1 medium zucchini, washed + frozen

  • 1 tablespoon pea protein powder

  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder

  • 2 tablespoons rice malt syrup (or preferred sweetener)

  • 1 tablespoon tahini

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder or extract

  • 1/2 cup brewed Cacao Husk Tea

  • Optional: add blueberries, strawberries or raspberries

Method

  • 1.

    Place all ingredients in a high powered blended and blend until smooth and creamy.

  • 2.

    Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

You could replace the frozen zucchini with a frozen banana. If you don't have cacao tea, replace with water and add a spoonful more of cacao powder.
