If you can't get enough of pavlova or ice cream - combine the two and make this easy dessert recipe!
In an electric mixer or beater, whisk the condensed milk and cream together until stiff (clotted cream consistency). Fold through chunks of the pavlova.
Pour half of the ice-cream into a loaf cake tin and swirl through the cherry jam. Top with remaining ice cream and cover in plastic wrap. Freeze overnight.
Scoop serves into waffle cones and enjoy.
