If you have a backyard party planned this summer, you will need these delicious popsicles to cool off.


  • 3 mangoes, roughly chopped

  • 1 400ml can coconut milk

  • zest of two limes

  • juice of 1/4 lime

  • 1/4 cup caster sugar

  • Note: you will need popsicle moulds for this recipe


  • 1.

    Puree the mango in a food processor with the lime zest and caster sugar until smooth.

  • 2.

    Add the coconut milk and lime juice.

  • 3.

    Pour into moulds and freeze overnight.
