These delightful biscuits are a fantastic idea for canapes for your next party.
For the parmesan biscuits, sift flour and baking powder into a bowl. Add in chives and parmesan. Add butter in cubes and rub in. Add enough water to form a soft dough and knead gently until combined. Roll out on floured surface until about 1 cm deep and cut using oval cookie cutter. Bake for 10-15 minutes and cool on rack
For the smoked salmon cream cheese, place the smoked salmon and cream cheese in a food processor and blend until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
