Cut the cake and crumble it into a bowl. Mix the crumbs with the orange juice and beat first on low then on high speed until the mixture is sticky.
Copy the antler shapes onto paper and place this underneath a sheet of baking paper.
Melt the chocolate and place into a piping bag or freezer bag. Cut off a small corner of the bag, using the underlying paper as a guideline and prepare 24 antlers and allow to cool.
Dip the balls in the remaining chocolate and scrape off any excess. You could also use a teaspoon to pour the chocolate over the ball instead, if easier.
Use a sharp knife to cut two holes on top of the ball. Carefully put the antlers into the ball.
To dry, stand the cake pops in glasses filled with sugar or use florists foam blocks. Use Designer Icing and Writing Icing for the eyes and the nose.
