Get creative in the kitchen with this gorgeous lobster dish.


  • 1 crayfish

  • 1⁄2 cup cream cheese

  • 1 tbsp kewpie mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp chives, chopped

  • salt, to season

  • 1⁄2 tbsp seaweed pearls

  • 1 lime, squeezed

  • 1 lemon, squeezed

  • 2 radish, thinly sliced

  • Crumb, made from corn chips, macadamias, sourdough


  • 1.

    Take tail off the cray. Scoop out meat. Cut meat into small, chunky cubes. Add to bowl. Add to bowl the cream cheese and kewpie mayonnaise, and mix well.

  • 2.

    Add chives, seaweed pearls, lime and lemon juice, and mix well.

  • 3.

    On a serving plate, place radish rounds. Spoon mixture on top of radish rounds.  Add crumb, and garnish with micro herbs.
