Take tail off the cray. Scoop out meat. Cut meat into small, chunky cubes. Add to bowl. Add to bowl the cream cheese and kewpie mayonnaise, and mix well.
Add chives, seaweed pearls, lime and lemon juice, and mix well.
On a serving plate, place radish rounds. Spoon mixture on top of radish rounds. Add crumb, and garnish with micro herbs.
