Cook your spaghetti in salted water until al dente drain and drizzle with oil and set aside.
Into a medium-size pan, over a high heat, sear your black pudding. Remove from heat and set aside.
Remove the flesh from one of your duck breast and to a new cold pan bring it up to a hot temperature so your duck is crispy. Add your abalone and cook very quickly. Add your whisky and bbq sauce to the pan. Fold in your pasta.
To serve season with salt and pepper and place your black pudding on the bottom of the plate top with the pasta and garnish with micro herbs.
