An easy way to create your own chow mein.

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 500 g beef mince

  • 2 tbsp KEEN'S Curry Powder

  • 1 cup chicken stock

  • 1 carrot, julienned

  • 1⁄2 a white cabbage, shredded

  • 1⁄2 cup bean sprouts

  • 2 shallots, sliced thinly

  • Crunchy noodles

Method

  • 1.

    Drizzle oil in a hot medium pan,  add garlic and mince and brown the mince. Add the curry powder and chicken stock, simmer for approximately 5 minutes.

  • 2.

    Add carrot, cabbage, and bean sprouts in that order cooking each vegetable quickly so they stays crunchy.

  • 3.

    Serve with crunchy noodles and sliced shallots.
