Fast, smart and pretty! These pink oats also contain pumpkin seeds which provide the precursor amino acid Tryptophan, which is used in the biosynthesis of serotonin - the 'happy-mood enhancing' neurotransmitter.
In a breakfast bowl, mash the berries with the oats and chia seeds. Spoon the yogurt into the bowl and mix through, making the oats pink. Sprinkle the chopped nuts and seeds over the top.
Add the Acai powder, if you wish. Then it really is a pink start to the day.
