Chocolate is a common craving people experience, especially around the 3PM slump. This healthy alternative uses cacao - which is rich in antioxidants and boasts a chocolate flavour. Coupled with the sweetness of the honey, you would think you are eating reach chocolate!


  • ¾ cup organic cacao

  • 1 cup coconut oil, melted

  • ¼ cup cashew spread or ABC spread

  • ¼ cup honey

  • 100g almond meal

  • 100g coconut flour

  • Dash vanilla essence

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon or chill flakes


  • 1.

    Mix all of the ingredients together and pour into a dish or mould and place in the freezer for 20 minutes until set.

  • 2.

    Once ready, keep stored in the fridge in an airtight container.
