This simple whole food, paleo recipe is great for breakfast or snack. Easy to make and done in 15 minutes, it's sugar free, gluten free and grain free.


  • 1 banana

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup arrowroot flour

  • 1/2 cup almond meal

  • 1/4 cup almond milk


  • 1.

    Place a non-stick frypan on the stove on low to medium heat

  • 2.

    Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix

  • 3.

    Pour palm sized amounts in the heated pan

  • 4.

    Turn when browned on the bottom, or when bubbles form
