A crowd-pleasing addition to your morning tea.
Preheat oven to 180C.
Place 2 bananas in med size bowl and mash with a fork until smooth.
Add the flour, sugar, cocoa, oil, water, baking powder, vinegar and salt. Mix until combined.
Pour mixture into a buttered 20cm square baking dish and then top with the finely chopped chocolate and nuts.
Slice the last banana and place the slices on top on the chocolate and nuts.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cooked. (You can test this by inserting a knife or toothpick into the center, and seeing if it comes out clean.)
Allow to cool before slicing into 5cm squares and serving.
