  • 2 tbs Weight Watchers 97% fat-free Cottage Cheese

  • 1⁄4 tsp cardamom

  • 1 individual toasted wholemeal crumpet (51g)

  • 1 thinly sliced medium fresh figs

  • 2 tsp maple syrup


  • 1.

    Combine the cottage cheese and cardamom in a bowl.

  • 2.

    Spread the cottage cheese mixture over the crumpet and top with the fig. Drizzle with maple syrup to serve.
