Melt cocoa butter in a container, on top of boiling water and add virgin coconut oil. Them add raw cocoa powder and keep mixing. Add stevia powder, coconut sugar and a drizzle of honey for sweetness. Season with salt and ground ginger. Next you can add all other ingredients (orange peel, lemon or lime zest, cardamom, cinnamon etc.) that you can choose to your liking.
Pour the mixture into a small tray that is covered with oiled plastic wrap. Decorate with raisins, dried berries, nuts and coconut flakes. Then let the chocolate harden in the fridge for at least an hour. If you can’t wait that long, you can put it into a freezer!
Finally, cut into serving size.
