An incredible, healthy recipe for salmon-lovers!


  • 300g salmon, in thin slices

  • Salad:

  • 2 carrots, in thin slices

  • 1/2 cucumber, in thin slices

  • 1 avocado

  • 1/2 broccoli

  • wasabi soy beans

  • black sesame seeds

  • Dressing:

  • 3 tsp soy sauce

  • 2 tsp miso

  • 1/2 tsp garlic, grated

  • 2 tsp ginger, grated

  • 1 lime, squeezed

  • 50ml oil

  • 2 tbs water

  • 2 tsp agave syrup

  • 1 tsp chili, chopped

  • 1 bunch coriander, chopped

  • 2 tsb black sesame seeds


  • 1.

    Prepare the dressing. Put soy sauce and miso paste into a bowl. Grate garlic and ginger into the bowl. Add lemon juice and water and mix. Then add agave syrup and keep mixing. Next, add olive oil and chilli and keep mixing. Then add chopped coriander and black sesame seeds.

    Cut the salmon into thin slices and mix it with the dressing. Let it marinade in the fridge for a while.

  • 3.

    Cut the broccoli fine. Slice carrots and cucumber into julienne cuts (very thin slices) and mix with the carrots. Crush the wasabi nut and throw in. Add some fresh coriander and toss the salad.

  • 4.

    Plate the salad base and cut a ripe avocado into cubes. Pour a bit of olive oil onto the salad base and add a splash of lime juice. Toss the salad and place the julienne mix and avocado cubes on top of the salad. Next, add the salmon slices on the salad bed. Splash dressing on top and garnish with chili and sesame seeds.
