Juicing your vegetables is a great way to extract nutrients. This juice is the healthiest way to the start the day. 


  • 1/4 cabbage

  • 2 crispy green apples

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • curly kale

  • 3 celery stalks

  • 1 bunch asparagus

  • 300 g pineapple

  • 1 bunch spinach

  • 6 cm ginger

    Cut cabbage and other ingredients into small pieces, peel ginger. Process all ingredients in a juicer. Serve in a glass.
