This recipe will warm your heart. 

Ingredients

  • 900ml water

  • 300ml almonds, soaked

  • a drop of vanilla flavour

  • a pinch of cinnamon

  • a dash of cardamom

  • 3-4 dates

  • allspice

  • ½ tbs agave syrup

  • a pinch of salt

  • 1-2 espresso shots

  • Marshmallows, to garnish

Method

  • 1.

    Soak the almonds in water for a couple of hours.

  • 2.

    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly.

  • 3.

    Brew some strong coffee. Add the almond latte and decorate with marshmallows.
