A cocktail with a kick.


  • Drink base:

  • 50ml chocolate syrup (see below)

  • 75ml Kahlúa liqueur

  • 25ml vodka

  • 25ml creamy coffee liqueur

  • 4 shots espresso

  • ice

  • Chocolate syrup:

  • 100 g baking chocolate

  • 100ml water

  • 2 tsp vanilla flavour

  • 50ml sugar

  • 1-1 ½ tsp ginger, grated

  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper

  • Chili sugar:

  • ¾ tsp salt

  • 100ml sugar

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ - ½ tsp cayenne pepper

  • ½ lime zest, grated

  • For decoration:

  • marshmallows


  • 1.

    Prepare chocolate syrup. Melt chocolate in a saucepan on low heat and stir in other ingredients.

    Combine the syrup with drink base ingredients.

  • 3.

    Prepare chili sugar. Mix together the ingredients.

  • 4.

    A tip for easy preparation: Pour the martini ingredients into a plastic or glass bottle that has a cap and place it in a freezer. At the same time, you can chill the martini glasses.

  • 5.

    When the drink and the glass have cooled, dip the glass rim into water. Then roll it in a mix of sugar and cinnamon that you can mix onto a plate. Shake the drink and pour it into the cold glass. Decorate with torched marshmallows on a stick. Enjoy.
