Sliders are a great party-pleaser.
Prepare the buns. (see below)
Preheat oven to 180°C. Prepare the patties.
Put all ingredients into a bowl, except for spring onions and coriander. Mix by hand. Then add chopped spring onion, coriander and chopped chilli, mix again. Shape into small patties, check the size according to the buns you’re using. Brown the patties on a frying pan with a drop of oil, 3 minutes on both sides is enough. Bake for another 10-15 minutes in the oven.
Prepare pickle relish. Mix all ingredients together.
Likewise, mix together wasabi mayo ingredients.
Finally, assemble the sliders. Start with some lettuce on the bun, add the patty. Top with wasabi mayo and pickle relish. Cover with top half of the bun and enjoy.
Dissolve yeast into warm water. Add sugar, eggs, salt and oil. Add flour 100ml at a time and knead dough by hand. Roll into small buns and place on a baking tray. Garnish with sesame seeds.
Bake in 175-180°C oven for approx. 15-20 minutes.
