Slice the loaf and spread the slices evenly on a deep baking tray. Add chunks of butter on top. Mix sugar, raisins, vanilla seeds, egg yolks, smetana, cream, milk, cinnamon and coffee together. Bake in 170°C oven for 25–30 minutes. Serve the pudding with vanilla ice cream.
