If you love liquorice, try your hand at this delicious recipe.


  • 200ml cream

  • 175ml Turkish Pepper salty liquorice candies, crushed (ot other hard-boiled, strong liquorice)

  • 20 g butter

  • 1 tbs syrup

  • 1 tbs vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp black food colouring


  • 1.

    Place all ingredients on a saucepan and cook for 16 minutes, keep stirring continuously. Pour the mass on a silicone baking sheet (or other non- sticky surface) and let cool for a while. Cut into squares.
