Try this recipe if you're in need of a great morning snack. 


  • Dough:

  • 200g butter

  • 100ml sugar

  • 400ml wheat flour

  • 50ml dried blueberries

  • 75ml dried lingonberries

  • Frosting:

  • 100g butter

  • 150ml sugar

  • 400ml rolled oats

  • In addition:

  • milk chocolate


  • 1.

    Mix the dough ingredients together. Place dough on a baking tray covered with baking paper and press it evenly on the tray.

  • 2.

    Melt the butter and add sugar. Let sugar melt properly and stir in rolled oats. Pour on top of the cookie dough. Bake in 200°C oven for 10–15 minutes, until it has a nice golden colour. Cut the plate into serving size and decorate with melted milk chocolate.
