A great way to incorporate those brussel sprouts into your diet.
Prepare the dressing. Mix the ingredients together and bring them to boil on a saucepan. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking tray and sprinkle some dressing on top. Bake the Brussels sprouts and bacon in 200°C oven for about 25 minutes.
Season the salad mix with the dressing.
Plate: Start with the salad mix, add the roasted Brussels sprouts and bacon. On top, grate Parmesan cheese and lemon zest.
