You may not have tried (or even seen) this dish in Oz, but it's popular in the far north.
Prepare the pizza dough. Mix dry yeast with warm water and add salt and oil. Add flour in small doses. Leave the dough to sit under a cloth.
Mix together the ingredients of the tomato sauce.
Once the dough has risen, roll it into 1-2 long pizza crusts. Add the tomato sauce on top. Then other fillings and the cheese. Bake in 200°C oven for 10–15 minutes. Season with smoked paprika oil, smetana and fresh coriander leaves.
