Berry bowls are all the rage for breakfast.


  • 200ml bananas, frozen

  • 200ml pineapple, frozen

  • 100ml mango, frozen

  • 125ml cranberries / blueberries / raspberries, frozen

  • 150ml almond milk

  • 1/3 tsp instant chaga powder

  • 1 tsp guarana powder / acerola berry powder / maca powder

  • 1 tsp acai powder

  • 1 tsp protein powder

  • 25-50ml water

  • Garnish:

  • strawberries, sliced

  • trail mix (dried nuts and fruit)

  • bee pollen


  • 1.

    Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend into a smooth mass. Serve from a bowl or a large glass.

  • 2.

    Decorate with strawberries, trail mix and pollen.
